All applicants must submit a completed application form with supporting documents as specified on the Zakat form.Before making an Zakat application please make sure you have read the pages Who Can Apply According to the Qu’ran (9:60), eligible recipients of Zakah are as follows: the poor and needy, those who administer Zakah, those whose hearts need winning over, slaves for the purpose of freeing them, those in debt, the cause of Allah, and wayfarers. However, it is not necessary that Zakah be disbursed to all of these categories of individuals.priority will be given to Muslims who are unable to cover the costs of their food, housing, clothing, basic utilities, medial treatment, transportation to and from employment.
